Our weekly drop-in sessions run TERM TIME only as follows:

Please note you can ONLY book for the next upcoming session, not further in advance or several weeks at a time. Booking for each session will come live one week prior.
When filling in the form, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know if you are booked in for the session or on the waiting list, as well as a cancellation link so you can let us know if you are unable to join us and we can give your spot to another family.

An outdoor fitness class designed for post-natal participants, delivered by Community Activities β Vale of White Horse District Council.
This session combines fast walking, jogging and light running, with or without a buggy, allowing participants to work at a pace that feels comfortable. Exercises include squats, lunges, upper- and lower-body strength work, plus gentle floor-based movements focused on core strength. Nothing too strenuous, making it suitable for a range of post-natal fitness levels.
What to know before attending
Participants are asked to arrive 5β10 minutes early so the session can start promptly. A health questionnaire will need to be completed on arrival, or in advance if preferred.

β¨ A calm, friendly play session for families with children and young people (up to age 19) who have special educational needs or disabilities
β¨ Free to attend (with a suggested Β£2 donation to help cover refreshments)
